Our Programs

VVK Education Foundation runs targeted, evidence-based programs designed to address the root causes of poor learning outcomes in underserved communities across Maharashtra. Our programs are built on internationally validated education research and continuously refined based on ground-level feedback.

Program 01

School Quality Improvement Program

A structured program that works directly with school leadership, teachers, and school management committees to raise the standard of education. We conduct detailed school assessments, identify gaps in teaching and infrastructure, and co-design improvement plans with the school team.

Government and low-income private schools across Maharashtra.
Where
Currently active in Solapur and surrounding districts. Expanding across Maharashtra.
How it works
Regular school visits, classroom observations, community meetings, and ongoing teacher coaching.
Impact
Over 200 schools impacted across Maharashtra.

Program 02

Teacher Capacity Building

Intensive and ongoing teacher training workshops designed to improve classroom practices, student engagement, and learning outcomes. Our curriculum is developed in collaboration with the Australian Council for Education Research (ACER) and Gray Matters India, bringing global best practices into Maharashtra classrooms.

Topics
Modern pedagogy, child-centred learning, classroom management, formative assessment, subject skills.
Format
Multi-day residential workshops, school-based follow-up coaching, peer learning circles.

Over 1,000 teachers trained across Maharashtra.

Student Enrichment & Learning Support

Direct student-facing activities and resources designed to improve learning outcomes and build confidence. This includes structured learning materials, diagnostic assessments, remedial support, and enrichment activities for students who are falling behind or have high potential but lack resources.

Students in government and low-income schools, especially first-generation learner families.
Impact
Over 10,000 students reached across Maharashtra.
